Mr. Liehui He

President of the African Economic, Security and Sustainability Council

Mr. Liehui He is also currently Chairman of Touchroad International Holdings Group and Chairman of Touchroad Djibouti Special Economic Zone. He has a Ph. D. in World History from Shanghai Normal University and graduated from the Shanghai Maritime University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He was also the founder of the Touchroad China-Africa Investment Forum.

Mr. He holds the following social positions including the Special Advisor for H.E the President of Djibouti, Vice-Chairman of the Chinese-African People’s Friendship Association, the Vice- Chairman of Chamber of International Commerce Shanghai, Vice-Chairman of the Shanghai Pudong Chamber of International Commerce, the Honorary Tourism Ambassador of  Zimbabwe, the Goodwill Ambassador of Tanzania Tourism in China,  the Advisor of the Chinese Society of African Historical Studies, Adjunct Professor of Shanghai Normal University, and Adjunct Professor of the China-Africa International Business School of Zhejiang Normal University.

Mr. Daniel Jordan

Mr. Daniel Jordan was born in Belgium, and he moved with his parents to South America and graduated from Lycée Français of Bogota. Mr. Jordan graduated in Brussels in Political Sciences and Politics. He worked in Brussels as Country Manager for Avianca and Proexpo (Banco de la Republica).
 
He went overseas again as Country Manager for the Belgian Airlines, Sabena, from 1978 to 1998, in Iraq, Australia, Egypt, Liberia, Gabon, Thailand and Spain. Mr. Jordan joined the Regional Foreign and Investment Agency (AWEX) till his retirement in 2012, as Deputy Director of Investment for Asia. He has also joined Chinese Skyblue Europe sprl to promote Chinese investments in Europe through their European headquarters located in Belgium (La Louvière).

Mr. Olivier Willez

Associate Member of the African Economic, Security and Sustainability Council

Mr. Olivier Willez is a Belgian attorney (registered with the Brussels Bar). He focuses his practice on tax law (tax advice and tax litigation). As a tax attorney, his area of expertise covers both direct (individual and corporate income tax) and indirect taxes (VAT, registration duties, and wealth taxes). His practice focuses on a broad range of international and domestic corporate tax issues.

Mr. Willez is the author of several publications on tax-related subjects and is a frequent speaker at tax conferences on a wide range of tax issues. He has also taught Belgian and international tax law at the University of Brussels (V.U.B.) – postmaster BICCS “Investing in Europe”.

Mr. Bernard Hamilton

CEO of the African Economic, Security and Sustainability Council

Mr. Bernard Hamilton is a career diplomat from Malta, with over 30 years of experience in both bilateral and multilateral diplomatic appointments. His career is marked by high-ranking assignments across various countries, as well as affiliations with international organizations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Currently, he serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the African Economic Assembly and CEO of AESC.
 
His multi-faceted portfolio highlights his expertise in a broad array of domains, including International Relations, Political Science, Negotiations, Networking, Political Communications, Public Affairs, Trade Promotion and Investment, Policymaking, Humanitarian Goals, Development, and Sustainability. He has vast experience in effective collaboration with Non-governmental Organizations, Stakeholders, Academic Institutions, and Civil Society.

Throughout his career, Mr Hamilton chaired various United Nations, Commonwealth, and European Union meetings.
